Alocasia maharani

This compact alocasia makes up for its stature with big, bold, leather-like foliage with resembles a turtle shell. Also know as Alocasia rugosa, it is a parent plant crossed to create Alocasia maharani. The interesting texture and large foliage from such a small plant are one of the many reasons melo is highly sought after. Native to southcentral and southeast Asia
