For additional details, please see our Policies page.
Do you have a minimum purchase requirement?
Yes. Our wholesale minimum is $375 for both delivery and pickup orders. Most varieties must be ordered in multiples of 3, 6, or 12. High-value items may be sold individually and will be noted on the availability list.
Do you offer delivery?
Yes. We offer delivery within 100 miles of our greenhouse through a plant-friendly courier service such as Roadie. Delivery fees vary based on order size and distance, and we’re happy to provide a quote before you place an order. A 3.5–4 hour delivery window is required, though most drivers go directly from our greenhouse to your location.
Deliveries are available on Thursday and Friday.
Do you offer pickup?
Yes. Pickups are available by appointment only. We’ll schedule a time slot in advance so our team can prep and pack your order.
Pickups are available on Thursday and Friday.
Can I pick out my plants?
If you’re picking up an order, we recommend reserving any must-have plants in advance so our team can pull and hold them for you. You’re welcome to add items during your visit, but all plants must be pulled by our technicians. We are a production greenhouse and do not have a retail browsing area.
How can I view pricing?
Pricing is shared through our weekly availability list. Contact us to become a wholesale customer. Once approved, you’ll receive weekly emails with current pricing.
Why aren’t all plants in your catalog available at any given time?
Our greenhouse space is limited, so we grow different plant varieties throughout the year rather than all at once. Many items are also grown in small batches, and certain varieties may sell out quickly as they become available. As a result, the plants in our greenhouse (and on our availability list) can change from week to week. Contact us to become a wholesale customer and receive our weekly availability emails.
If you plan to pick plants during your visit, please note that the availability list does not guarantee in-person availability. Orders are filled on a rolling basis, and the only way to reserve plants is to submit an order; we’ll pull and hold them for you.
When does your availability list come out?
We release our availability list every Friday or Saturday for the upcoming week. Contact us to become a wholesale customer and receive our weekly availability emails.
When do I need to place my order by?
Please place orders by 2 PM on Tuesday for pickup or delivery that week. Orders submitted after that may roll to the next week, depending on availability. Popular items can sell out quickly, so we recommend ordering early.
How can I pay for my order?
You can pay by check, ACH, or credit card. Credit card payments include a 3% processing fee. For customers without terms, payment is required before delivery or at pickup.
Where can I find your policies, terms, and conditions?
Check out our Policies page.
