Who do you sell to?
We offer wholesale only to registered resale businesses. NJ customers must submit an ST-3 form; out-of-state customers should submit an ST-3NR form.
Do you have a minimum purchase requirement?
Yes. Our wholesale minimum is $375 for both delivery and pickup orders. Most 4–4.5" plants are sold in 6-counts, and most 6" plants are sold in 3-counts. High-value items may be sold individually and will be noted on the availability list.
Do you offer delivery?
Yes. We offer delivery within 100 miles of our greenhouse through the courier service Roadie (or a similar plant-friendly courier). Delivery fees vary based on order size and distance, and we’re happy to provide a quote before you place an order. A 3.5–4 hour delivery window is required, though most drivers go directly from our greenhouse to your location.
Deliveries are available on Thursday and Friday.
Do you offer order pick up?
Yes. Pickups are available by appointment only. We’ll schedule a time slot in advance so our team can prep and pack your order.
Pickups are available Wednesday through Friday.
Can I pick out my plants?
If you’re picking up an order, we recommend reserving any must-have plants in advance so our team can pull and hold them for you. You’re welcome to add items during your visit, but all plants must be pulled by our technicians. We are a production greenhouse and do not have a retail browsing area.
When does your availability list come out?
We release our availability list every Friday or Saturday for the upcoming week. Subscribe to our weekly email above so you never miss an update.
Are your plants always available?
We grow many items in small batches, so certain varieties can sell out quickly. If you plan to pick plants during your visit, please note that our availability list does not guarantee in-person availability. We fill orders on a rolling basis, and the only way to reserve plants is to submit an order—we’ll pull and hold them for you.
When do I need to place my order by?
Please place orders by 2 PM on Tuesday for pickup or delivery that week. Orders submitted after that may roll to the next week, depending on availability.
How can I pay for my order?
You can pay by ACH or credit card. Credit card payments include a 3% processing fee. Customers with terms receive Net 15 and can pay by check.
