FAQ
Below are some common questions regarding our wholesale program.
Who do you sell to?
We sell wholesale to registered businesses. NJ business would need to provide an ST-3 while out-of-state businesses would need to provide a ST-3NR form.
Do you have a minimum purchase requirement?
We have a $400 minimum purchase for our wholesale customers that are picking up their orders and $500 minimum for delivery. We typically sell in a min. 6 count for our 4-4.5" and 3 count for 6" plants. There are some products that are sold by the plant for more expensive items (as noted on our price list).
Do you offer delivery?
Yes. We offer delivery options via a courier service, Roadie, within 100 miles of our greenhouse. Delivery is an additional fee based on the size of the order and distance to your facility. We are happy to provide a delivery quote prior to confirming an order. There is a 3.5-4 hr delivery window required but most drivers go direct from our greenhouse.
Deliveries occur Thursday and Friday.
Do you offer order pick up?
Yes. Pick ups are by appointment only. We can schedule a time slot in advance so that our team has time to prep and pack your plants.
Pick Ups occur Wednesday - Friday.
Can I pick out my plants?
If picking up your order, we would suggest booking plants prior to your visit if there is anything that you really want. This allows our technicians to pull and hold plants for you. If there are items that you would like to add during your visit, you are free to do so. We ask that the plants are pulled by our technicians since we are a production greenhouse and we do not have a retail area for browsing.
When does your availability list come out?
Availability is released on Friday/Saturday of every week for the following week.
Are your plants always available?
We produce a lot of our plants in smaller batch quantities so particular varieties can sell out very fast. If you are visiting in person and waiting to pick plants until your visit, please be aware that the availability doesn't guarantee the plants will be available during your visit. We fill orders on a rolling basis so the only way to guarantee plants is to submit an order and we will hold the plants for you.
When do I need to place my order by?
Orders should be submitted by 2 pm Tuesday in order to be available for pick up or delivery that week. Orders placed after 2 pm Tuesday, will either be moved to the following week or fulfilled on a case-by-case basis. We always do our best to turn around orders the same week.
How can I pay for my order?
We offer many convenient payment options. Payment can be made in the form of credit card or ACH. Those using credit cards will charged a 3% processing fee. Customers with terms are extended a Net15 with payment available via check.
